Crockpot Beef Stew



Ingredients:

2lb beef cut into 1 inch cubes
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 cup beef broth
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic minced
1 bay leaf
1 tsp paprika
4 carrots sliced
3 potatoes diced
1 onion chopped
1 stalk celery sliced


Directions:

Put meat in crockpot. Mix flour, salt, and pepper, and pour over meat; stir to coat meat with flour. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well. Cover; cook on low for 10-12 hrs (high 4-6 hrs). Stir stew thoroughly before serving. 6 servings.
