Chicken Curry Casserole.



Ingredients:

Casserole dish (pictured is 13x9)
3-4 pieces of chicken breast
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 pkg of chopped broccoli
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup mayonnaise
1-1/2 tsp curry powder
1-1/2 tsp lemon juice
cheddar cheese (shredded)
bread crumbs (can substitute with corn flakes or anything similar)


Mix soups with mayonnaise, curry powder, and lemon juice.

Layer rice, broccoli, and chicken. Top with cream mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bread crumbs.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
Cheese should be golden brown.
